In this ad, you will be renting the 3 apartments together, having the entire space for your exclusive use, ideal for both large groups that want to maintain some separation among themselves, as well as for those who want to stay together, as it has very spacious kitchens and common areas. *** NOTE: Read the house rules carefully before booking. SMOKING (INCLUDING HOOKAH) ONLY ON BALCONIES OR OUTDOOR AREAS. *** Heated swimming pool with a heat exchanger set to a maximum temperature of 84 °F, following NBR/ABNT 10339/2018 standards. If the outdoor ambient temperature during the day is below 59 ºF, the heating will be turned off. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas except for the apartment where the host resides. This apartment has a completely separate entrance from the main house, ensuring full privacy.
