(No Elevator) Walking along Yeontral Park, there are many good restaurants and attractions. The accommodation is cozy and clean. (The host is managing and cleaning thoroughly.) The space ■ 2 King size bed / 2 Queen size bed! ■ Hotel luxury mattresses and bedding! Guest access ■ Each room and living room are equipped with air conditioners (a total of four units). ■ Laundromat and convenience store 3 minute away(There is a washing machine in the accommodation, There are drying racks on the rooftop and in the house. but guests who want to use the dryer can use the laundromat. ※In winter, washing machines may not be available due to the risk of freezing.) ■ There is no parking space. Other things to note Guests accompanied by children under the age of 10 who cannot control their running are not allowed to stay. (causing noise between floors) No excessive drinking parties! You have to stay quiet after 22:00. (Complaints between neighbors) If you enter without permission in excess of the number of people booked, you will be forced to leave immediately without a refund. An additional fee will be charged per person if additional personnel are requested. If you want to check-in before or after a predetermined time, there will be an additional charge.
