Authentic old building apartment with stucco, parquet and French doors – very sunny, with narrow balcony. On a busy street, family apartment with patina. Very close to the Akazienkiez with shops and versatile gastronomy. Art and culture all over the neighborhood. Buses, subway and S-Bahn run virtually at your doorstep – including KaDeWe, Potsdamer Platz, Zoo as well as Wannsee and Grunewald. Directly adjacent: the colorful Kreuzberg. The entire apartment is provided with min. 3 rooms of 5 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. The space The apartment has 5 large rooms, of which I provide at least 3 – each room has a sleeping option: - 1 room with single bed with sofa and chest of drawers and balcony, - 1 living/ dining room with wardrobe and sofa bed for 1 person - 1 bedroom with double bed (1, 40m wide) with clothes shelf and desk (my daughter's room) these rooms may also be used: - 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 2, wardrobe and desk (my son's room) - 1 room I use as a workspace that can be used as a bedroom at the same time (1 bed) as well as work tables The spacious kitchen has a gas stove with electric oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle and is fully usable. In the summer months the sun shines in the morning. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower. There is also the washing machine here. Four rooms of the apartment start from a main road along a quiet side street – it is the sunny side, warm and bright. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are located to the quiet courtyard with morning sun. The balcony is narrow and street-facing, so not exactly quiet, but very urban and sunny. There is a piano that can be played. (In addition, a cello that can also be played, but would have to be tuned in advance...) Guest access Parking is available in the streets of the area – more or less depending on the time of day. Some streets in the neighborhood are now subject to parking management, but it is still possible to park your car for free. At certain times (usually from 6 pm to 7 am and on weekends - please check on the traffic signs for safety reasons), you can park directly in front of the door on the bus strip. I am happy to provide information about shopping, nightlife and excursion options after booking: a lot! Other things to note Family apartment with patina: since the apartment is usually used privately, there are traces of it everywhere: here and there are notes and/ or photos, here and there is a box, there is a booklet. It's just an apartment... Some rooms would also slowly need a new paint – this is also part of the patina. If there is an explicit need for free wardrobe space, I ask you to say this in advance - wardrobe and clothes rack are definitely available in the hallway.
