The bike path to Annecy is 400 m away and the lake is 500 m away. Everything is therefore in place for a successful vacation! The accommodation: refurbished in early 2024 - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and storage - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower - 1 separate WC - Fully-equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room - 1 TV area with sofa - West-facing terrace with barbecue - Access to the garden (to share with the owners' nice dog!) TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher... A parking space is reserved for you, you can leave your bikes under the stairs that go to the 1st floor Check-in is possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., if a self-check-in solution cannot be found, you will be asked for an extra €20. If the place is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the same day. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
