The space The duplex (entire accommodation) is located in a house and includes a raised ground floor (accessible via three steps) and a first floor, with a total living area of approximately 110 m² spread over two levels. The garden level (-1) is independent and occupied by a young professional (it is not part of the duplex). Two small gardens are at your disposal, along with a small outdoor seating area where you can enjoy breakfast with family or friends. Barbecues are allowed, provided you inform us in advance and clean up afterward. The house is part of a small condominium consisting of two homes. You may come across the neighbors, so we kindly ask that you respect their private spaces (particularly their garden and parking area) and make sure to always close the main gate behind you. Other things to note We will be very pleased to welcome you for a normal and trouble-free stay.
