El Mirador is your perfect scape from the stress of the capital. An Eco-finca, nestled between the lush vegetation of the Andean mountains in the rural area of San Francisco, only 1 hour from Bogota. You will have the entire house to enjoy impressive views of valleys and mountain ranges. Colorful gardens, birds will delight you. For nature lovers, go walking, cycling or just contemplate! The villa can be rented monthly with a 45% discount or weekly with 20% with and only 4 people maximum. The space In times of COVID we accept guests that make one single BUBBLE. This means they are living together and come from the same household. The space is a quiet place in the middle of the mountain to disconnect from everything. The semi-colonial house has three bedrooms, a hall, 2 bathrooms , a living room and every room has a large picturesque window with spectacular views. The main bedroom opens up to a set of of French doors leading to private balcony and from where you can access the gardens. It counts with different exterior ambiants : open plan kitchen-dining room, patio with barbecue area, terrace, miradores and paths through the finca. Leaving the house you can enjoy different walks to explore the surrounding area according to your mood and personal taste. Guest access The property is located on a beautiful and green mountain. Access from the village is easy by unpaved road but in considerably good condition. After this uncovered road, it turns off a stretch of about 300 meters, steep and ignited (paved ) 80% . We recommend driving up in a small or medium-sized van. In COVID times, the property can also be rented per month. With a 45% discount and a maximum capacity of 4 people. And that these people live in the same house, (under the same roof) in their place of origin. The price includes 3 mg Wi-Fi. You must book at least one week in advance. You will have access to the entire estate, its paths and all its surroundings. The entire house is at your disposal with spectacular views from all its windows, balconies and terraces. There are stairs or a ramp from the parking area to the house. If you're two people and only occupy one room, you won't have access to the empty rooms. Other things to note There is an internet connection. Once you confirm your reservation at least three business days in advance, the equipment is enabled. The internet has a good signal.
