A cozy property that meets the needs of travelers. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with closets, one with a double bed and an extra double mattress and air conditioning. In the other bedroom, two single beds and a fan. The apartment's garage is located outside the building and is ideal for small cars. Other things to note The rental of the property is limited only to the rental of the space, thus not having some services such as: -Room service; -Change of linens during the stay; -Cleaning of the apartment throughout the stay; - Availability of cleaning products; -Provision of food items (seasoning, sugar, oil, coffee, mineral water, etc.). Thus, the guest is fully responsible for arranging the items mentioned above. I also emphasize that the provision of linen items such as towels and sheets is a FREE service that I offer, and it is not the host's obligation to provide them.
