The ground floor has a large living room, dining room, indoor pool and kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a WC/Cloakroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Villa grounds and pool are surrounded by stone walls and have a private entrance with electric gate. Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
