Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.The house has 2 apartments, 1 on ground floor that is not for rent and 1 on first floor that is for rent. The apartment has 3 rooms and it fits 6 people and a terrace that is overlooking the neighborhood. The appartment is accessible from a gate in common yard and then you are taking some stairs to the first floor. Not suitable for wheelchair or old people as the stairs are a little steep Other things to note Please follow the following rules: - please close the lights, water, air conditioning every time you leave the house :) - make sure the gate and apartment are locked every time you leave the house - please keep the place clean as you may be sharing it with other guests - please respect quiet hours - it is strictly forbidden to invite guests from outside the reserve - if you are bringing a pet, please make sure that they will not do their job inside the house - any other requests from the host during the stay must be considered
