A non-refundable cleaning fee of $298 for stays 1-2nights, or $398 for stays over 2nights will be required before check-in. 3. Free super-fast Wi-Fi and Netflix available. 4. Breakfast of milk, cereal, bread, or pancake ingredients is provided at $5 per guest. 5. Travel cot for babies (0–1 year) available on request for $100 per stay. 6. Private parking: One space available upon request for $10 per day. Monthly bookings include free parking. 7. Early check-in and late check-out are available at $100 per hour. Check-ins earlier than 3 hours, or check-outs delayed by more than 3 hours, will incur an additional night’s charge. 8. Any unreported pets will incur a penalty fee charged at double the nightly rate per pet, per night, if detected by building hallway cameras or otherwise confirmed. 9. The main booking guest must present valid ID before check-in or key handover. (We are licensed estate agents; your privacy will be respected and protected.) 10. Check-in video of the apartment with time-stamp, taken on the same date as your check-in, will be sent to you via AirDrop or email, and your written confirmation of receipt will be requested — similar to an entry report.
