It is located 500 m from downtown, 1000 m from the nearest beach, in the São Francisco neighborhood, quiet and cozy. In the suite, we have the feeling of being also on the mountain, since in the evening the sun sets in this direction, generating a rich light among the trees. From 12/27 to 01/06, the daily rate is for full occupancy. The space The suite is located in a family home/art space, consisting of: Main House with Living Rooms, Bar, Fireplace, Toilet, TV/Cinema/Theater Room, Large Kitchen, Lunch/Dinner/Coffee Room. Everything can be used by guests. The suite consists of a double bed and a single bed. It has a large space with a comfortable reading chair from which you can enjoy nature, as well as a side table with a chair for working. The bathroom has an authentic style and a delightful shower for a relaxing bath! Bed and bath linens are provided. Wi-Fi Internet available. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in this paradise!! Our dog Brilhante and our cat Mili live here in the main house! They are all extremely docile, friendly and affectionate! They won't bother you! NOTE: IN THE SAME HOUSE, THERE ARE OTHER SPACES FOR RENT (TWO LOFTS AND ONE MORE SUITE). DUE TO THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SPACE, WE ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING TO LARGER GROUPS AND ALSO TO ARTISTS OF ALL SEGMENTS, SINCE WE HAVE THE THEATER/CINEMA/ART GALLERY SPACE, AND WE WORK WITH ART AND CULTURE IN ARRAIAL AND THE REGION.
