The Frantoio Luxury Villa

This elegant residence was created through the careful restoration of a historic 19th-century olive mill, preserving the distinctive architectural features of traditional Apulian design, such as star-vaulted ceilings and exposed stone walls, harmoniously combined with modern furnishings and high-quality amenities. Other things to note SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: * Bed linen and towels The initial supply is optional and is available at an additional one-time cost of €15 per person. Guests who require this service are kindly requested to inform the property before arrival. * Linen change Available upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person. * Tourist tax Payable at check-in: €1.50 per person, per night, from 1 June to 30 September, for guests over the age of 6. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. * Pets Pets are welcome at our villa and are subject to an additional charge. Their presence must be declared at the time of booking. Any pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or may result in an additional charge being requested on site. * Electric vehicle charging Charging electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the sockets inside the accommodation or in the communal areas is strictly prohibited, as they are not designed for this purpose. The utilities included in the stay cover only normal use of the accommodation. Any unauthorised charging will result in the loss of the security deposit and the guest being charged the full cost of any damage caused to the electrical system.
