Each floor has only one apartment. All units are exclusive for Airbnb guests. - The sixth floor is a rooftop with panoramic view and is accessible for all Airbnb guests in the building. - Total space is 114 sqm. - No elevator in the building - The building is located directly on the main street (Samsen Road) with Bus stop/ taxi rank/tuk tuk right in front of the house door. - The entire rental unit is air-conditioned. - Hi-speed WIFI (fiber internet, 1000 Mbps download/500 Mbps upload) is available throughout the entire building. - International power sockets are available in every room. - Self check-in anytime with passcode. - No reception desk. --------------------------------- Bedrooms features: --------------------------------- - Four bedrooms in total (two bedrooms in each apartment) with the following bed arrangement: 1-8 guests: 4 Double beds (6 feet) 9 guests: 4 Double beds (6 feet) + 1 Single bed (3 feet) 10 guests: 4 Double beds (6 feet) + 2 Single beds (3 feet) 11 guests: 4 Double beds (6 feet) + 3 Single beds (3 feet) 12 guests: 4 Double beds (6 feet) + 4 Single beds (3 feet) - Extra bed can be requested for THB 400 per stay. - Please see the picture of bed arrangement. - Towels, toiletries (tooth brushes, tooth paste, shower cap, cotton buds, razor, shaving cream), hair dryer and handheld steamer are provided. --------------------------------- Living Room features: --------------------------------- Each apartment has one living room with the following items: - 55" smart TV with Netflix, internet connection, android TV, chromecast. - 3-seat sofa - 2 armchairs - A 5-meter universal power strip --------------------------------- Kitchen features: --------------------------------- Each apartment has one kitchen, fully equipped with induction stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator. - Dinnerware / cookware / dishwashing detergent / sponge - Coffee / tea / Ovaltine / sugar - spare garbage bags --------------------------------- Bathroom/toilet features: --------------------------------- - The apartment on 5th floor has one full bathroom. - The apartment on 4th floor has one shower room and one separate toilet room - Water heater is provided in both shower rooms. - Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and toilet paper are also provided. --------------------------------- Rooftop features: --------------------------------- - Don't forget to visit our rooftop on the sixth floor, with stunning panoramic / sunset view. - 2 sun loungers - 8 outdoor chairs - 4 coffee tables - 1 dining table Other things to note ✔️ The apartment is on the 4th and the 5th floor with no elevator. ✔️ As we are a self-service accommodation, not a hotel, no daily cleaning service is provided. ✔️ All amenities and toiletries are provided once before check-in. ✔️ One towel is provided for each guest. ✔️ No daily linens changing, no daily towels changing ✔️ At night there might be some noise from the street because the building is located directly on a main street. But don't worry, for those who might be a little sensitive to such noise, earplugs are provided. ✔️ We have installed a smart home system for energy saving purpose, consisting of some motion sensors (Tuya Human Presence Sensors) and remote controllers (Tuya IR remote controllers). The sensors and the remote controllers can be seen easily in both bedrooms and living room. But don't worry. They are not cameras. They cannot record anything. They will just turn off the air conditioners automatically when there has been no person in the apartment for more than 30 minutes. Just for the case that our guests forget to turn off the AC when leaving. ✔️ Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is possible and free of charge. Just let us know the time of your early arrival or the time you want to pick up your stuff. ✔️ We reserve the right to inspect the apartment upon prior notice.
