Air conditioning: The house is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort in all seasons. A laundry room: With its washing machine to be completely self-contained during your slightly longer stays. You'll find everything you need for your stay. From fluffy towels to fresh sheets to an equipped kitchen, nothing has been left to chance for your comfort. This will allow you to prepare your meals at home, enjoy fast wifi, and relax in front of the TV after a busy day. To facilitate your arrival, a key box is at your disposal. A cleaning fee is included in your reservation so that the apartment is delivered to you clean for your arrival and offer linens. NB: the accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities. *** Listing rules *** → The booking person must be present during the stay. → The number of guests present in the apartment may not be greater than the number indicated when booking. → Parties and noise after 10 p.m. are prohibited. → No animals allowed. → The apartment is strictly non-smoking (even on the window edges). → The apartment must be returned in a normal state of use (dishes made, tidy apartment, clean floor, etc...). A housekeeping service will be charged if it is necessary to carry out additional cleaning to the one initially included (€28/additional hour). The person booking the accommodation will be held liable in case of non-compliance with these rules. *** Check-In & Check-Out Time *** → Check-in possible from 5pm → Check-out no later than 10am so our cleaning provider can prepare the space for the next guests.
