The space The entire apartment is about 50 square meters as follows: a Hall of 11 square meters, a "Shabby Chic" bedroom of 17 square meters with a large double bed (170x205 cm) and view of the private garden; a "Urban" style kitchen of 14 square meters with bar table, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, desk/work area and sofa; "Marine" style bathroom of 7 square meters complete with bathtub with shower plus a large private garden and furnished of about 100 square meters.
