For instance, a swimsuit is required for the swimming pool, and sport shoes are recommended for the gym room. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of RM200 per person imposed by the management of the condo. 2) After enjoying the swimming pool, it is essential to change into dry clothing before entering the elevators. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of RM100 per person imposed by the management of the condo. 3) Prior reservation is mandatory for utilizing the Multipurpose Hall. Please contact the host at least 3 business days in advance to secure your reservation. 4) For requests regarding early check-in and late check-out, a fee of RM30 per hour will be applicable. Please note that late check-out is limited to a maximum of 2 hours or based on availability, and the fee should be paid separately to the host. 5) In case of lost keys or access cards, a penalty fee not exceeding RM300 will be charged.
