The space Right on the beachfront with direct access, this light-filled accommodation features a main living area with a fully equipped spacious kitchen, three bedrooms each with its own shower room and toilet, a laundry room, two terraces, a garden, and on-site parking for up to three vehicles. The main room includes a dining area for six and a cozy lounge. The large terrace, facing the sea, is equipped with a sunshade for warm days and offers a dining area, two relaxation spaces, and a sunbathing area with loungers. The smaller terrace, facing the mountains, includes a table with chairs, a traditional barbecue, and a pizza oven. Reversible air conditioning, television, stereo system, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi complete the amenities. Guest access This holiday accommodation is available in its entirety. Other things to note Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. However, we kindly ask that you leave the accommodation in a respectable condition, out of consideration for the staff and future guests. Please ensure: trash is disposed of, dishes are put away, bedding is unstained, fridge is emptied, freezer is ready to use, and windows are free of excessive fingerprints. A comfort cleaning option is available at your expense during your stay (Monday to Friday, upon request when booking). No discount will be granted for late arrivals or early departures. Baby equipment (a travel cot, high chair, etc.) is available upon request when booking. A €1000 security deposit is required by check upon arrival and will be returned 7 days after departure. We reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit if any damage is found. For foreign guests unable to provide a check, the cash deposit will be returned on the day of departure. Tourist tax is charged per adult per day and collected by the platform to be transferred to the tax authorities. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 7 people, including one baby.
