Beautiful sun-filled home close to playground and local hikes. Very private location with wrap around porch and a view from the front deck that goes for miles. 10 minute drive to grocery store, restaurants, outdoor pool, and Pass Powder Keg, 30 minutes to Castle Mountain or Chinook Lake. Walking distance to local hikes and landmarks. Great mountain biking and fishing spots near by. King size bed and pet friendly with fully-fenced yard. The space Sun-filled open concept cottage features beautiful pine woodwork and views of Turtle Mountain and the Crowsnest Pass Valley. This is a smaller house, but has been fully renovated and is very functional and spacious inside. Walking distance to Fireman’s Park and the CNP Community Trail. Big kitchen with all amenities. Twin beds in second bedroom can be pushed together to make additional king sized bed (IKEA utaker.) This miner’s house built 100 years ago had no built-in closets in the bedrooms. Clothing can be hung from hooks behind the doors and suitcases/travel bags tucked under bed in master bedroom and behind door in second bedroom. I don't charge a pet fee, so it is imperative guests respect these rules! If you book as only 2 guests, but use the bed/beds in the second bedroom, there will be an additional $30 cleaning fee for laundry. Fire pit in back garden - wood not provided - and storage space for gear in sunroom. Check-out by 11:00am, check-in after 3pm.
