The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated period building where attention to detail and antique appearance meet modern comfort in an exclusive and classy setting. It is locan the very central Via Volta and therefore within the walled city. Como San Giovanni station is only a 10-minute walk away and with a short stroll through the streets of the centre you can reach the most famous attractions such as the Cathedral and Piazza Cavour with its fantastic lake view. The space The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The table can accommodate up to six people and the living area lighten up by the large windows has a comfortable sofa and is equipped with a 43" Smart TV. At the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Inside the bedroom there is the staircase for the upper floor where there is a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and a bathroom with without bidet. Outside there is a private terrace furnished with tables and chairs. The flat is equipped with an air-conditioning system managed by a remote system that automatically regulates temperatures to avoid wasting energy. There is also a controlled mechanical ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate by regulating humidity, to the point that it is suggested to keep the windows closed at all times. PARKING: before booking we ask guests to inform us if they need a parking space so that we can check availability. The property will send information regarding: 1) garage entrance measurements 2) how to use the electric car lift 3) measurements and weight that the car must respect in order to access the garage. The guest is obliged to check this information before arrival in order not to incur any damage to their car due to the size and type of parking space (electric car lift). If the parking space is available, the owner needs the car's licence plate and model in order to request access to the restricted traffic zone. There are charging stations for electric cars inside the garage. Other things to note WHAT THE STAY INCLUDES: bed linen and towels for all the guests. For stays longer than 5 nights, guests may request a second cleaning service, change of bed linen and towels at an extra charge.
