The cottage is located on a large, fenced plot for your exclusive use, right next to the lake. From the plot you can directly go down the path around the lake, ideal for a walk or bike ride. Behind the house there is a hot tub, where you can relax with a view of the water, forest and mountains during the bath. The atmospheric interior and management by a private owner ensure comfort and attention to every detail. The space On the lower level, there is a spacious living area with a patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking in the beautiful views. In the garden, there is a BBQ grill, a specially separated place for a traditional fire, sun loungers, and a lounge set on the porch. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an induction stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, electric grill, toaster, oven, microwave, and a set of cutlery, pots, cups, plates, and a high chair for babies. On this level there is also a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a walk-in closet with hangers and shelves, an ironing board, and an iron. The upper level is a comfortable sleeping area with six beds, offering a total of seven sleeping areas. We provide bedding, duvets, pillows and towels to ensure complete comfort. The cottage has underfloor heating and air conditioning. The property is fenced and has a private parking space, which guarantees safety and comfort.
