The space Kitchen: Fully equipped little kitchen with fridge, microwave, 2 x induction hot plates, rangehood, compact oven, dishwasher, jug coffee machine and toaster. Dining Room: 4 seater dining table that can extend to a 6 seater. Bathroom: Shower, toilet, vanity and heater. Laundry: Integrated Wash/Dryer in the kitchen. Laundromat available next door. Workspace: Large desk with task lighting. Lounge: Sofa bed. Smart TV with all common apps. The apartment also includes two large VELUX skylights in the lounge which you can open up via a remote at your leisure. Additionally these provide a great spectacle with the stars being visible on clear nights while you fall asleep on the fold out couch. Guest access Entire apartment and deck are all yours to enjoy. Other things to note Parking: We share our driveway with the lawyers next to us who’s staff park along the blue painted wall. If you could please park on the side that the black fence is on, this stretches the entire width of the apartment and all the way to the road so there’s ample parking for any cars, trailers or trucks. Although your vehicle can be seen from the road we have an outside CCTV camera for your peace of mind.
