The property is close to the town of Santa Elena, about 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes in a vehicle(A car is recommended). Also The Famous Monteverde Cloud forest and most of the tours are located 10 to 20 minutes away. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, Great for Couples! It has 1 bedroom with King size bed. The home is in the middle of a lush 5+ acre property, which ensures absolute privacy and tranquility. ls an unforgettable place to stay with a Majestic View. PD: No AC. The space With only eleven Houses in the property(5 Acres) and no neighbors close by you can enjoy peace and quiet in a forest setting. Clean room with hot water, possible chance to see animals right outside the rooms and owner help with guides and activities. The Balcony is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or for watching an amazing Costa Rican sunset. The room have coffeemaker and Monteverde coffee plus small refrigerator. Parking near the house.There is adequate space for parking for cars right beside our rentals. Upon arrival to the House we give all guests a map of Monteverde and mark out all the different tours and activities that various companies offer in the area. This way guests learn about what is available to them and can suss out how long they might like to stay for. Sunset Hill-Honeymoon Gulf View Suite is located 2 miles from downtown on the road leading out of Santa Elena going south down the mountain to the main Inter American highway (# 1 ). Our driveway is quite steep and rocky. You can get up the hill without 4 by 4 but it is recommended. More than a house is an experience ,We hope to see you here!!! Other things to note Some comments say that we do not have WIFI, but after the month of March 2021 we already installed it.
