It is 1 minute from the lake and about a 15-minute walk to the center of the village. This property has beautiful views of the lake and a stunning view of San Pedro volcano and the local mountain range! You can access the lake to swim and access numerous paths for running! Very clean, safe, private and secure! Perfect, comfortable setting for relaxing indoors or outside! This rental is a great getaway from the noise of the big city. Very spacious- approximately 1100 square feet. Kitchen includes many extra amenities: coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave, blender, etc. clean drinking water! Unlimited WiFi! Other things to note For the summer we have some hammocks available, to enjoy the atmosphere on the shores of the beautiful lake. We also have a tent with a maximum capacity of 4 people, perfect for those who want a night outdoors.
