The space The accommodation (on the ground floor: a step at the entrance) is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, washing machine, oven, kettle and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed and flat-screen smart TV; - SMALL PRIVATE GARDEN; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), drying rack, clothes rack and hairdryer. Assigned private uncovered parking space. PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool is open from June to October 15th (the opening is subject to weather conditions), except for cleaning and maintenance days, from 7:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
