The Atypical

L'Atypique is a small charming house, recently renovated with love. It is located in the center of Beaumont-sur-Sarthe, on a very quiet street, 18 minutes' walk from Vivoin train station, 30 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit and 25 minutes from Alençon. It has everything you need to live comfortably and a small private courtyard. The space You will find at the Atypique, - on the ground floor: a large living room with a connected TV, high-speed fiber and two single beds (prepared according to the reservation). An open and equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge). A dining room with its small adjoining private courtyard, where you can sunbathe in the garden furniture, enjoy the barbecue and safely store bicycles. - upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. For linens, everything is included, i.e. sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towel, etc. All you have to do is bring your toiletries. Please note, the staircase is the same as the house: atypical. Japanese step and quarter turn, it requires caution (see pictures). Guest access Entire accommodation, the whole house is at your disposal and the yard is private.
