The space The completely renovated and pleasantly furnished "Gabriel" studio welcomes you in a bright and functional space equipped with reversible air conditioning guaranteeing a pleasant temperature whatever the season. Located on the 1st floor of a small, quiet and secure townhouse, it includes a multipurpose living room/bedroom area, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and separate toilet. Ideal for 2 people, this cozy space invites you to stretch out, relax and enjoy your stay in complete serenity. Other things to note Thank you in advance for ensuring that the cleanliness and general condition of the accommodation, as well as the various amenities and furniture available to you, are preserved. The accommodation is non-smoking (including vaping), pets are not allowed, and no parties or overflows are allowed. I reserve the right to apply a substantial withdrawal of the security deposit in case of discoveries of any traces of tobacco consumption (smell, burn, cigarette butt, ashtray etc.) in the accommodation.
