Tokens must be purchased at the reception for A$10 each. ※ !! Attention !! Do not lock the main door headlock from inside. This will prevent access from outside using the card. Locksmith fees may apply if this occurs. Additionally, please refrain from using the inner door lock after check-out ※ In Australia's tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you.
