Inquire within** The space My unit has everything you need for a memorable stay. Regatta Point Villas are located on the 12 private acres of Coculus Point, in Bolongo Bay in St. Thomas, USVI. Charlotte Amalie is a short 5 minute drive to the west. Red Hook & ferry service to St John & the British Virgin Islands is also only 8 minutes East End. I have a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. You get the beautiful sunrises from my balcony and sunsets on the other side of the complex. If dates you're looking for are not available please message me, as sometimes it's related to the cleaners schedule and it may actually work. I also have a studio unit across the hall which is great for traveling w/ friends/family! Bolongo Bay is often quiet and offers a relaxing day. A great restaurant and bar is available beachside for having lunch and a few drinks. The water is typically calm and fair to good snorkeling can be enjoyed around the rocks there. There are some areas that are rocky, particularly on the right side; these rocky spots are easily observed from the shore. A water sports concession stand offers kayaks, water bikes, and other water accessories. You can also book a sunset cruise @ Bolongo Bay Beach Resort! Other things to note I am flexible with check in and check out if it doesn't interfere with arriving or departing guests, just ask! ***Please message me if dates are not available that you are looking for, as they could be blocked due to the cleaners schedule and may in fact be available.*** ***I have a studio sister rental "A little piece of heaven" to accommodate more guests-Inquire within!*** ***Parties of 2 that would like to use the pull out sofa, will need to request ahead of time for linens to be left out. If a renter violates the terms and has anyone not on the reservation, the rest of your stay will be terminated and you will be forced to vacate the premises by VIPD. The island is very strict with their Airbnb's and renters.*** ***Residents that live on site may play music and smoke***
