Our Twin Lakes, Rosebud Point Cottage is just three houses from Lake Mary. Recently renovated, quaint, one and a half story cottage with three bedrooms + den, three baths, granite counter kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor wood burning fireplace, large wraparound deck, four car driveway, in-house washer and dryer. Comfy cozy beds. The Rosebud Point Cottage is intended for quiet family enjoyment; large events and parties are not allowed. Sleeps six adults and two children comfortably. The space The Rosebud Point Cottage is the perfect location as a comfortable home base when traveling for boating, Ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and all of your summer and winter activities in Twin Lakes, downhill skiing at the Wilmot/Vail Mountain, antiquing in Richmond or Lake Geneva, and of course the Lights Festival, Corn Festival and Country Thunder events. Sleeping arrangements: Please note our mattresses are medium-soft. They are not firm. First floor bedroom has a full bed with tv and a hall bathroom (tub/shower). Second-floor master bedroom with queen bed, tv and master small bath(shower). Second-floor hall bath (shower). Middle second-floor bedroom with balcony, queen bed and tv. Second floor small den with full bed no tv. We do not have sofa beds. Please note, we listed our place not suitable for infants and toddlers because the cottage is not childproofed. This means that there are no childproof plug covers for the electrical outlets, childproof cabinet stops to stop them from opening cabinet doors. There is a staircase for the second-floor bedrooms and we do not supply a crib or high chair. This does not mean we do not allow toddlers or infants if the parents are aware and take responsibility for their child’s safety. The driveway fits four vehicles. No Street parking allowed per city code. Please ensure the FLUE for the fireplace is open prior to starting a fire. Firewood, lighters and fire starters not supplied. Beach access is located in town at Lance Park with free parking. It is advised to bring water shoes, beach towels and beach chairs if you plan on spending time at Lance Park. There is no Lake access from any lakefront homes or associations. Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Maximum weight limit for a swingset/ jungle gym is 225 pounds. Use of swing set at your own risk. Please review the welcome book located in the living room of the cottage with additional information and recommendations for the area. Guest access You will be renting the whole house. The door next to the fireplace is the furnace room. The closet doors in the first floor bathroom houses the water heater and water filters. Other things to note At least one renter must be 25 years or older and be present on check-in and remain the entire stay. Extremely comfy and Cozy. Totally renovated. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably or 8 people, when two are children. Two queen beds and two full beds. Our cottage has well water and can have the slight smell of sulfur. Amenities Include wood burning fireplace (firewood and fire starters not included), fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, Wi-Fi, 55” TV, DVD, gas grill, outdoor fire pit. Nearby snowmobile trails, swimming, bowling, boating, golfing, apple orchards, and Antique Shops. The swing set club house is a play at your own risk and should have adult supervision when using. The swings hold a maximum weight of 225 lbs. each. The horse shoe pit located on the side of the house is owned by the neighbors. All of the homes and association properties on the water side are for owners use only. The associations strictly prohibit tenants and guests on those properties and piers. Water access is located it Lance Park in the main part of town please refer to the cottage information book for more information. The Rosebud Point is rented for family enjoyment; large events and parties are not allowed.
