House in Butantã/Morumbi

Modern, cozy house in a great location (subways, buses and markets). The space The house is well ventilated, well-lit rooms. Great location. Guest access The neighborhood has a wonderful location, but we are in the middle of trees and the parrots come to visit us daily. It is common to see woodpeckers, toucans and other peculiar animals. We are 5 minutes (by car) from São Paulo Morumbi station and Butantã Shopping Mall. 10 minutes from Morumbi stadium. Other things to note Long Stays we leave a full gas,if it ends the same will be the responsibility of the guest. Long-term rental bills and taxes are the responsibility of the tenant.
