Serenity Maisonette by the sea

A beautiful, fully equipped family maisonette is located in a small residential complex near Kalives, just 100 meters from the sea. This 80 sq.m. two storey house with garden, which can comfortably accommodate 7 people, is perfectly suited for families or groups of friends. The residence promises relaxation, offers unlimited views of green surroundings and has a beautiful sea view as well as easy access to a sandy beach. The space The ground floor offers a living room with a corner sofa and flat screen (32’’) TV, dining area, an open-plan kitchen, a second private living room with a comfortable convertible sofa-bed which can accommodate 2 guests, and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, you will find two cozy and airy bedrooms with access to the balconies. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and large wardrobe. The second bedroom features three single beds and a closet. Additionally, the second floor is equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The outdoor area includes a private garden and a large veranda with spectacular view. The neighborhood is quiet, secured and offers high quality accommodation away from noisy touristic areas. The maisonette features free WI-FI internet, fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, kitchenware and crockery for easy family meal preparations. Insect screens are installed on all windows and doors and there is one air condition unit at the hallway area which cools the house sufficiently. The beautiful outdoor area features outdoor furniture to relax in the morning/evenings and there is an open private parking on-site. Guest access Guests have access to all the spaces of the beach house.
