There is a living room, and bedroom with a King Sized bed. Everything is new, from the mattresses to the ACs to the furniture. You can walk to everything. No car is needed. We are the number one ranked hotel on (Insert Search Engine Name Here) and the only 5-star hotel in Jaco. Hotel Jaco is an All-Suites Beach resort on the most pristine part of Jaco Beach, steps from the center of town. There is not another like this in Jaco. There is nothing between you and the ocean except sand. We have 24-hour reception, on-site parking, a Spa, Strength Training Gym by Rogue (™), High-Speed WiFi, Desks and office chairs in most suites, Beach/Pool Bar, Restaurant, Vegas Style Pool, and more. Outside guests are allowed when accompanied by a registered guest of Hotel Jaco. There is no charge. There are 18 suites in all. #1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 are all 420sf pool view suites with living rooms, wet bars with reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, and private balconies or patios. #5 is slightly smaller. Suites 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 are ocean-front one-bedroom suites with private balconies. Number 18 is the handicapped-accessible suite. THE POOL and all outdoor areas were completely remodeled in 2021. This is the best pool in Jaco. There is beverage service by the pool, new, comfortable lounge chairs, and plenty of shade. THE BAR RESTAURANT is open from 7 am for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until 10 pm. It is a beach bar, a pool bar, and a restaurant all in one. Friendly bartenders are serving the best cocktails. There are always interesting people and great Costa Rican Craft Beers at the pool bar. You will find me there most days at Happy Hour. THE SPA is staffed by the best masseuse in all of Costa Rica, Shirley. One $70 massage from Shirley, and you will be asking about monthly rates. In-suite massages are available as well. THE GYM by Rogue (™) is a free-weight gym stocked with a Rogue Rack, plates, bar, and dumbbells. There is no other hotel gym of this type in Costa Rica. Come to think of it, I haven’t seen a gym with equipment this good at any hotel. There is no cardio equipment. There are plenty of places to get your cardio in Costa Rica. Just Strength Training here. THE BEACH is right there. You hear and see the ocean from everywhere. When you leave the bar, there is lush green grass, sand, and the ocean. There is no street to cross, no traffic, and nothing but the beach. It is beautiful. PARKING is right in front of the hotel. Even our brand-new parking lot is beautiful. We have a night guard to watch your car too. Parking is free. THE RIVER is right behind us and full of incredible wildlife. The river that runs alongside Hotel Jaco is part of what makes it seem so secluded. Over 500 White Egrets sleep in the trees next to the hotel every night. THE BEDS are the best you will find ANYWHERE. The mattresses are a memory foam hybrid. They are the most expensive mattresses in Costa Rica. They are covered with the softest Bamboo sheets money can buy. THE AIR CONDITIONERS are Cooltek dual inverters. You can frost the windows over with these things if that is what you are into. Each suite has AC in each bedroom and a separate AC in the living room with traditional thermostats. THE WiFI is fast. Two 200mpbs modems from Cable Tica, combined with a Fiber Connection from FastNet, bonded together and distributed using the newest Ubiquity system. Every suite has an access point. RECEPTION is open 24 hours a day. Our friendly staff can help you with whatever you need. Arlen and Emi are our housekeepers, and Nixon is in charge of maintenance. Shirley runs the Spa, and Ramon is the Hotel Manager. These are all local Ticos who care about the hotel and you. CHECK-IN is at 2 pm. Check-out is at noon.
