Villa Andrea is a luxury guest house located in the village of Rogachevo. The place combines mountain air and sea views, with a panorama of the resorts of Albena and Kranevo, 5 minutes away by car. The villa has a heated pool with a jacuzzi, a large sun terrace with sun loungers, a wooden tent, a garden, a charcoal grill and an outdoor dining table. The villa includes a 30-seat banquet hall, a kitchen, a living room with a pool table, a fireplace and a smart TV. The bed capacity is up to 15 people, distributed in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The space In the villa, guests have a 4x8 meter pool with a Jacuzzi at one end. The pool is heated by solar energy. Our guests can also enjoy a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and a well-maintained garden. In the yard, our guests can find a charcoal grill, a corner with garden furniture, as well as a large table where they can enjoy warm summer evenings with pleasant food and drink. The summer terrace and pool offer great views of the sea. There are also parking spaces for 3 cars in the yard. Parking is also available on the street next to the villa. In the villa we have a large banquet hall with a capacity of up to 30 people, a separate kitchen for preparing food, a living room with a pool table, a fireplace and a large smart TV. Next to the dining room is our SPA Room with sauna, Jacuzzi and shower. The Jacuzzi heats up to 40 degrees and the sauna to 70 degrees. There is also a cold shower, sun loungers and towels in the room. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom. There's also a fold-out sofa for two in the same room. On the 2nd floor there are 2 apartments, each apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined. Each apartment has a bathroom with a toilet. In the living room there is also a fold-out sofa for 1 person. On the first floor there is another bathroom that is not attached to any room. Guest access At Villa Andrea we offer 2 types of accommodation. Option 1: Guests can be greeted personally by the host of the villa (for hours between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm). With this option, you can provide your ID cards on the spot and pay the deposit of BGN 400 (the deposit is returned upon leaving the villa) on the spot in cash. Option 2: You can take advantage of our contactless check-in option. We'll leave the keys in the key box next to the door, and we'll give you the code for the box on the day of check-in. In order to take advantage of self-check-in, you need to send photos of the ID cards of all guests in advance, as well as pay the deposit of BGN 400 in advance via Revolut. Upon departure, you will receive your deposit back in Revolut. Other things to note The sauna and Jacuzzi are not included in the price of the villa, but are paid additionally at BGN 120 per day. The pool in the courtyard of the villa is open from 01.05 to 30.09 and is free of charge at the price of the villa. Loud music in the courtyard of Villa Andrea is prohibited from 14.00 to 16.00 and after 22.00. During these hours, the party can continue indoors in the dining room or living room of the villa
