The property is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the quaint village of Qrendi. Close to all amenities, serviced with lift to all floors - kindly note that there are a few stairs to access the lift. All living and sleeping areas are fully air-conditioned. Make sure to catch a glimpse of the sunset from the lovely back terraces during your stay. Valletta and Central Areas only a 25 minute ride away. The space A three-bedroom apartment on the first floor boasting a large bright contemporary-styled layout. Enjoy dinners in its large back terrace enjoying amazing sunsets typical Maltese countryside views. The apartment, situated on the first floor, has three air-conditioned double bedrooms, one of which has an extra single bunk bed and another room with a 1 1/2 sized bed (this last room with fan not AC) It can sleep 7 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hop, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking and dining equipment. Spend quality time with family/ friends in the private games room over a game of billiards or in the terrace. Desk space is available for those wanting to keep up with work or are business travellers. Living and sleeping areas are air-conditioned. There is an ensuite shower with one of the bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room in the apartment. The apartment is served by elevator. There are a few steps to reach the elevator. Baby Cot and/or Highchair can be requested at booking stage. The Neighbourhood - Qrendi is the one of the few remaining traditional villages in Malta where you can experience the simplicity of Maltese village. Slow down from the hustle and bustle of cities away from busy roads and discover the lovely south coast with its towering cliffs, natural arches and valleys. Take a walk from Carousel to visit some of the mostly recommended, attractions when visiting Malta - visit St Matthew’s Chapel, Il-Maqluba – learn about the legend that surrounds this sinkhole, Hagar Qim and Mnajdra Neolithic Temples - both Unesco World Heritage Sites, the scenic promenade towards Wied iz-Zurrieq, Blue Grotto, admire the unspoilt south coast with the island of Filfla in the background. Let us know should you be interested in also visiting close-by secret beaches, recommended restaurants in the area, where you can savour fresh locally caught fish and seafood. Whilst visiting Malta, renting a car or booking cars by app is recommended, especially if you are pressed for time, however there are also several bus stops close to the apartments, which offer a good connection to Valletta. Apart from buses taking you directly to Valletta, Qrendi is also serviced with a scenic bus route that takes you through the West coast to Dingli cliffs, Rabat and Mdina. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views! Parking is available on the streets in the area. Guest access Guests can access the main door of the apartment block by entering the electronic code provided on check-in date. Go up the few stairs and access the elevator. Press level 1 and the key to the apartment will be found in the lock box by the door. Other things to note We will provide you with a welcome starter pack including coffees, teas and some other basic items. This holiday furnished apartment is licensed with the Malta Tourism Authority (HPI/10088). A tourist tax is requested upon arrival. The rates are of EUR 0.50 c per night per person up to a maximum of Eur 5.00 per person. Beach Towels are available at an extra charge of EUR 5 / towel for the whole stay
