The Beach Ammoglossa is 2 km away and Agios Ioannis is 3,8 km away. Bycicles or Motorbikes can be rent nearby. The public parking lot is also nearby and for loading the car it is possible to drive in front of the House. This Boutique Town Villa has 140m2 in total and is split in two floors with a cozy terrace on the upper floor and a 70m2' garden on the ground floor. It is self sufficient in water as it is equipped with a big tank and a pump. It is not affected by the water shortage that happens in the island during the summer months. On the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and another with two single beds that could also be joined together to one bed. Please note that there is only one bathroom for both sleeping rooms on the first floor+ one guest WC on the ground floor.
