The space Welcome to our house located on Rue Philippe Labbé in Bourges. This charming house is perfect for vacations or stays for families or groups of friends. We can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people with 2 separate bedrooms! You will be seduced by the space and comfort offered by this spacious house. On the ground floor, you will find a large veranda, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a desk (ideal for finishing an urgent file😊) with a single bed and a double bed, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, allowing you to travel light and enjoy your stay without worrying about laundry, and finally a toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with an extra large shower for maximum comfort as well as a second toilet, thus ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for all occupants. The newly renovated and equipped kitchen is a real asset. You will find an oven, a 4-burner vitro hob, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Preparing your meals will be a pleasure (we even thought of leaving you some recipe books!), and you can enjoy them in the living room or the adjoining veranda, with a garden table, perfect for alfresco dining. The office area is also available to guests, ideal for times when you need to work or simply get organized, with high-speed internet access (fiber). The living room has all modern comforts with a connected TV with all channels available via Molotov TV, a game console (Xbox 360 with two controllers and several games for young and old😊). You'll have all the entertainment and connectivity you need at your fingertips. The house is located in a quiet area of Bourges, offering a peaceful atmosphere while being close to local amenities and tourist attractions. Enjoy the tranquility while having easy access to everything the city has to offer. Just a few steps away you will find a Carrefour Market supermarket, a bakery, the Train and Military Crew Museum, sports areas with soccer and basketball courts. In addition, the majestic Cathedral of Bourges is only 2 km away, or a 5-minute drive. Linens and towels are provided, beds are made and towels are ready for your use upon arrival.
