This wooden accommodation built in 2024, modern with neat decor, has been designed to ensure you have a pleasant time. Warm, cozy with stunning views, facing the vineyards in a small quiet subdivision and close to many sites to discover (hiking, swimming, sports activities, visits to cultural and historical places). A private outdoor area around the accommodation will allow you to enjoy your meals or relax in the sun. On-site parking for 1 car The space The studio is composed of a kitchen equipped with electric hobs, fridge, microwave, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and dishes and kitchen utensils (also for children: plates, cutlery, cups). Garbage bags, aluminum foil are available. A high chair is available on request. The sitting area is composed of a large TV and a sofa bed. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi access, Netflix. The bedroom area consists of a 140 x 200 bed and a dressing room with drawer and wardrobe. A new travel crib equipped with a changing table is available on request (adjustable mattress height for little ones, sheets and mattresses are provided). The bathroom includes a walk-in shower as well as a vanity unit and mirror. A baby bathtub is available upon request. The toilet is separate. A clothes drying rack, cleaning equipment and cleaning products are available. The accommodation includes a private outdoor area with umbrella, table and sunbathing. Bed and bath linens are included in the stay. Parking is available on-site in front of the accommodation. In the village you can find a convenience store, restaurants, a bakery, a tobacco press, an ice cream parlor, playgrounds, a post office, a pharmacy, a doctor's office, many potters, the argileum, small shops, free shuttles to St Guilhem le Désert. The accommodation is located 4 min walk from the center of the village, 10 min walk from the Pont du Diable and the caves of Clamouse, 8 min drive from one of the most beautiful villages in France St Guilhem le Desert, about 40 min from the beaches (Palavas les Flots, Cap d'Agde...), 30 min from Lake Salagou. Other sites are also worth seeing: the Navacelles circus, Mont St Baudille with its superb view, the city of Montpellier 30 min away, the city of Sete... Supermarkets are located in Aniane and Gignac, 5 and 10 minutes away respectively. Mountain bike rental possible.
