A fully equipped air-conditioned house with an open plan living and kitchen with an island for dining, fireplace, both bedrooms with smart TVs and their own ensuite bathroom, a guest WC and WiFi throughout. Air conditioning units can be found in all areas of the house with a cold / hot setting as well as electric heaters in all areas, WiFi, smart TVs with Netflix, Youtube, and other streaming channels. BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms have queen size beds with quality mattresses, each bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom with shower, its own smart TV and large wardrobes. Both bedrooms open to the balcony which offers wonderful mountain views. .Both bedrooms have mattress & pillow protectors. The fifth person can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with an island, including a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood, hob, and washing machine. BATHROOMS: Hot water with high pressure. LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack. TVs: Large smart TV in the living room. WIFI: WiFi throughout the house. The WiFi is steady and its a private connection solely for this house use. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided). BALCONY: Balcony is private and has a table & chairs. The balcony offers views to the mountains and the village PARKING: Parking area for 1 or 2 cars opposite the house.
