Comfortable beach house for Family, Friends, Pets!

*One-story house, accessible, spacious, quiet street 250 meters from the beach. *Family and friends with their pets are always welcome! The house is safe for them! *On the front balcony, enjoy relaxing moments after the beach in the hammock overlooking the garden. *How about working from home or even studying on the balcony, with 350mb Wi-Fi? *Ah, the gourmet area, has a barbecue, large sink, table and chairs for that tasty barbecue! *Walk or bike in the late afternoon on the beach avenue. The space - Although it is a ground floor house, it has a step to access the balcony, but it allows accessibility through the kitchen door. - Informal and very comfortable decor. The house is used by the family at certain times. Therefore, we have a room in the back of the house that is inaccessible to guests, as it contains personal family items. - Living room with fabric sofas (we kindly ask you not to sit on the sofas when wet!!), rack and smart TV with internet access, Netflix, YouTube, etc. - Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and two single beds. - We can accommodate two to three more people to sleep on the sofa or on mattresses on the floor. - The base price of the daily rates is for up to 4 people, above that there is an increase per day per additional person. - We do not provide bed and bath linens. We have pillows and blankets in the house for up to 6 people. Extra guests should bring these items. - We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, liquid soap, disinfectant, mats in the bedrooms and bathroom, broom, squeegee, floor cloth, detergent and sponge in the sink. - If necessary, we can provide bed and bath linens for a laundry fee; consult us. - The house has a large kitchen, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, 4-burner stove with oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, various utensils to prepare meals and serve. -We have ceiling fans in the living room and in both bedrooms, and one more floor fan. - Covered balcony in front with hammock, uncovered garage for 4 cars on the side. - Covered gourmet area in the back with masonry barbecue and large sink, table and chairs. - Laundry with tank, washing machine and external bathroom. - If there is a need for any type of maintenance or emergency during your stay, please contact us. We have insurance from Porto Seguro. - There are families residing in the neighborhood, and out of respect for them we ask our guests to comply with the law of silence after 10 p.m. and also during the day to avoid excessive noise that may disturb them. - The beach is just a 4-minute walk from the house, on a lighted avenue, with walking and cycling paths. - Calm beach, with shallow water and few waves, it is flat, great for walking on the sand and safe for children. - Almost all the beaches in Caraguá have a great infrastructure of kiosks with umbrellas, chairs and a wide variety of food and beverages. Some have live music in the summer. - The property is 7 km from the center of Caraguá, towards São Sebastião, just 1 km from Shopping Serramar, with cinemas and various shops. - It is a few blocks from the Porto Novo events square, where free summer shows and other events take place during the year. - Our coastline has beautiful beaches. It is pleasing to all ages. Make your itinerary and come enjoy this paradise. - In the city center, we have a varied and complete range of businesses, with several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, miscellaneous services, a hospital and emergency care. - Your family and friends can enjoy sports, adventures and culture. There are 40 km of beaches. - Exuberant nature in the Serra do Mar State Park, hiking trails, hang gliding and kite surfing, BMX, skate park, amusement park, theater, museum, cinemas, events square, shows, handicrafts, fairs, excellent restaurants for all tastes, sea and river fishing, fishing terminal, with fresh fish every day (about 1 km from the house), boat trips, banana-boat, among other attractions. - A must-see attraction is to climb the hill of Santo Antônio to see the sunset from up there, overlooking the entire city! There are two other overlooks with a beautiful ocean view, on Camaroeiro Beach. - You can also spend a wonderful day on Ilha Bela or São Sebastião (southbound, just 20 km) or go north to Ubatuba (about 35 km) to enjoy the beaches there, including schooner rides going in the morning and returning in the afternoon. - We are following all guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing the house before and after each stay, for your safety. Guest access * The house is independent, with all areas accessible, except the back bedroom as explained above. * The entrance is through the garage or pedestrian gate and then through the kitchen door in the back. * We have an electric fence around the house for your safety and a camera only at the entrance gate. * We ask that you close the entire house whenever you leave. * In case of any electrical, hydraulic or other problems, please contact us. * Parking for up to 4 cars at the house. * The nearby beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot, but there are also many parking spaces. * If necessary, bus lines pass on the beach avenue and on the highway. Other things to note - No smoking inside the house. The outdoor area of the house can be used for this. - When traveling with your pet, make sure it doesn't dirty or damage things inside the house. If it pees on the couch or beds, it will be necessary to hire a cleaning company, (the cost will be passed on to the guest) because normal cleaning does not remove this smell and/or stain. - If it barks a lot in your absence, you may need to take it to a small hotel if there are complaints from neighbors. - We accept your pet, but the guest is entirely responsible for the safety and health of the pet. - Try to leave the house in the best possible condition, as found on your arrival, and report any incidents. - The dishes must be washed and stored, the barbecue grill cleaned, as it is not part of the cleaning service, and all garbage collected and placed in the trash can on the sidewalk.
