Luxury condo in the heart of Asunción

The unit was completely remodeled a few years ago. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a 40 inch smart TV, a dresser, and a huge walk-in closet which is perfect for long stays (it was actually a 3rd bedroom that was converted to a closet and connected to the master bedroom). The 2nd bedroom has a twin size bed, couch (that turns to bed), and a lot of closet space. The space The condo is in great condition, has a 55 inch smart TV in the living room, office area for work /study, a full equipped kitcken (with dishwasher, toster, blender, etc.), and laundry area with a washer and dryer. Guests can park outside the building, it is safe as the building has security 24/7. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note The building has security / guards 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
