The parking spaces are covered and numbered but you can use any that are available (requires registration of the vehicle). Entry of vehicles and deliveries are made by Av.Mal. Ready for you to prepare your meals including oven, stove, sink with water filter changed every 6 months, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, pans, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Cleaning service will come to my studio on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for a simple cleaning (they collect the trash bag, sweep, sanitize the bathroom sink). If you are in the studio they will knock on the door and it will be your choice to open and accept the cleaning. Otherwise they will leave an informational note on the door confirming that they have passed through the studio. You will be able to use some entertainment available areas of the condominium: gym, ice machine, infinity pool facing the sea, jacuzzi, heated pool, lounge 24 hours.
