Rustic Lakefront Cabin

This tranquil little cabin is lakefront, and your chance to unplug from the everyday and reconnect with the simple things in life. Located by the Shuswap Lake in Seymour Arm, surrounded by lush forest and mountain views. Boating, hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddle-boarding are some of the activities you might find yourself drawn to, or you could just kick off your flip-flops, dig your toes in the sand and refuse to budge for a day or three. Relax, retreat, renew yourself. The space Fully furnished and includes all linens - please bring your own beach towels. Sleeps 4 comfortably (and up to six if you’re really friendly) Fully functioning kitchenette complete with sink/hot plate/toaster oven/mini fridge and all dishes. Very large 3pc bath (tub/shower combo, toilet and sink) TV/DVD player located in living room - bring your favorite DVD's if you are inclined to watch something as there is no cable services here. We are Pet-friendly! Cabin rental includes a free (1/2 day) kayak or paddle board rental during your stay. Please visit the local general store for availability! Guest access This cabin is complete with private driveway to accommodate your vehicle (and toys) as well as a fire pit lounge area in the yard. Perched approx. 100m from the waters edge with a lovely lakeview - the cabin is also located on the same property as the local General Store which FLOATS in the bay (150m away). Other things to note This is an off-grid location. All power is produced by a generator nearby. Special measures have been put in place to reduce the noises of the generator (enhanced muffler system and foam lined enclosure) however we cannot silence it completely. We also cannot turn it off during your stay or you will not be able to power the refrigerator or lights.
