Forget your worries in this spacious Urban Oasis guest house that's 10 mins. away from the Mactan-Cebu airport! The "Kaimito House" is surrounded by greenery and the whole outdoor space is canopied by the namesake Kaimito tree. It is our family home with 10 bedrooms in which 5 are converted for our guests to enjoy. Room 5: - Good for 5 pax - With private bathroom - With own TV, work desk, closet, towels and toiletries - FREE WiFi, Drinking Water, Coffee/tea (lobby) The space Rooms: We have a total of 5 spacious guest suites; 3 standard rooms and 2 family/barkada rooms. Outdoor Space: Unwind on our outdoor lounges, sit under the Kaimito tree, or have your morning coffee by the koi pond while listening to its relaxing running waters as koi fishes swim through. We also have an outdoor toilet and wash area you can use. Coffee and Tea Station: You can enjoy and make your own coffee or tea at our coffee/tea station for free at the reception or living area. Hot and cold drinking water are provided. Convenience Store: We have a sari-sari or convenience store located at the entrance where you can buy snacks, drinks and other necessities during your stay. It is open everyday from 6am-9pm (Monday - Saturday) and 8am-9pm (Sundays) Pets or animals around the property: We have a big Siamese Snowshoe cat named Coco 🐱. He's a bit moody so please don't disturb him while he's sleeping and no belly rubs please! Local birds are always around especially in the afternoon where they head back to their homes like the Kaimito tree and Talisay tree. Expect to hear dogs barking. We have 3 dogs guarding our backyard and there are also neighborhood dogs roaming around the area. During your stay Front desk is available for any questions or concerns during your stay.
