The space The accommodation consists of: - a bedroom with a 160 bed, a jacuzzi, a walk-in shower and a toilet - a comfortable and spacious living room with its own TV area - a kitchen open to the living room - a cozy terrace overlooking the Pyrenees You will also have two free parking spaces Other things to note HOUSE RULES OF THE LISTING This accommodation is located in a private residence. To ensure the comfort of all and respect for the neighborhood, guests agree to strictly adhere to the following rules: 1. Respect for the neighborhood The property is located in a condominium. Any behavior likely to disturb the tranquility of the building's occupants is strictly prohibited. The following are prohibited in particular: - Noise disturbance - Loud conversations on the balcony or with windows open after 10 pm - Music audible from the common areas - Festive gatherings Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. 2. Use of the hot tub - The whirlpool bathtub is available for guests, subject to compliance with the following rules: - Use allowed only between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM - Strictly prohibited from using during nighttime hours (10 pm–8 am) - Reasonable duration of use - Prohibition of intensive or repeated use that could generate prolonged vibrations Any nighttime use constitutes a violation of the house rules and may result in: - Immediate termination of the stay - Deduction from security deposit - Reporting to the platform 3. Liability The guest is responsible for any disturbance caused to neighbors. In the event of a justified complaint, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund. 4.
