Villa Eugenia - Luxury Villa with private pool

Villa Eugenia is a brand new luxury 2 1/2 bedroom villa with private swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area plus a studio (double bedroom with bathroom and kitchen), suitable for up to 7 persons in total. The 1,300 square meter property is peaceful and quiet located in a tropical living environment , the perfect place to get away from the huzzle and buzzle of the city for families, couples and singles alike. Free Wifi is available. The space Villa Eugenia has one large master bedroom with a king size bed, an attached small bedroom with a single bed and a luxury bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower and has direct access to the veranda and swimming pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with private veranda, the ensuite has an outdoor shower. The luxury studio with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom also has its own fully equipped kitchen and large veranda on the first floor on top of the garage. The house is suitable for up to 7 persons. Please note: - if you book for up to 5 persons the villa comes without the studio. - if you book for 6 or 7 persons the studio is included. - if you are 5 persons or less and would like the studio, please book for 6 persons Other things to note Our service includes changing towels every 2-3 days and if the guests stay for more than one week, we change bed sheets and clean the house once a week. We have a small convenience shop next door at Sunset Valley where our guests can buy some food and beverages. Cleaning items are provided. We also offer laundry service for RM 50 per wash load.
