Lovely open space apartment that accommodates up to 3 people and is equipped with all the main comforts for a pleasant stay. Enviable position: we are in fact right in the center (pedestrian restricted traffic zone), with all the essential services within reach and a very short distance from points of interest, easily reachable on foot: the Basilica of San Martino, Piazza Roma and the Palazzo Ducale, among the many. Martina Franca train station is just a 15-minute walk away. The space ATTENTION: the height of the vaulted ceilings in the sleeping area is 1.80 metres. Reservations are not recommended for taller people. The 50m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a historic building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs to reach the entrance. The internal space is divided as follows: - Eat-in KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, mini fridge, moka and microwave - LIVING AREA with single pouf-bed and clothes stand - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and open wardrobe - BATHROOM (with access from the bedroom) equipped with toilet, bidet and shower - BALCONY. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split air conditioning and heating (in front of the double bed), TV, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Other things to know: - The environment is open space, therefore there are NO internal doors to separate the sleeping area from the living area - The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. - ATTENTION: the apartment is located on a pedestrian street NOT reachable by car and within the restricted traffic zone. It is necessary to park for a fee on Via Verdi near Piazza Casavola (about 250/300 meters from the accommodation) and then continue on foot along Via Ferrucci. - There is an internal step to access the kitchen. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
