In the mornings walk out on your large private balcony to enjoy the tropical breeze and fantastic view of the ocean which is only 70 ft from your door. Enjoy our private dock reserved solely for our guests for morning coffee, swimming, sunbathing and evening drinks away from the hustle bustle of crowded beaches. A 5 minute walk to a restaurant and dive center, and only 10 mins from the airport. The space Guests love the privacy that comes with our small, quiet neighborhood that is within 5 mins drive to a major grocery store and 15 min drive to the hustle bustle of West end. Our large grounds have flowers and lush trees with a BBQ and common area and we have 350 ft of beach. We offer snorkel gear for those wishing to explore our beautiful reef right out front off our private dock. Our large covered balconies allow you to spend time outside no matter the weather. Truly an added bonus where our guests love to spend hours just taking in the view, enjoying drinks or coffee. It moves you from inside your living space to outside, enjoying the view the moment you get up. Never any reason to spend time cooped up inside even if you get that rainy day. Watch the schools of snapper and bone fish come in to feed most mornings while you relax on your balcony with your morning coffee. Or... bring your rod and maybe catch your breakfast. Go for morning coffee out on our dock and see file fish, trunk fish and schools of minnows that frequent the waters around our dock. Our onsite Manager (Spanish & English) will greet you when you arrive, answer any questions and address any concerns to help make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Guest access Any public areas on the property including the common deck and private dock. Other things to note LOCAL HONDURAN TAXES OF 19% NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. You will receive separate notification from the resolution center for payment of taxes.
