Located within walking distance of the historic center of Sansepolcro, we have two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, where comfort and attention to detail are combined with objects from the past to which we give new life. The space Located 2 minutes walk away from the historical city center, Our house is a small villa built in the 50’s. Owned by my grandparents, who always look after with special care and love, it is perfectly well maintained until today. The ground floor is exclusively dedicated to guests. My family and I live on the first and top floor. The garden is fully furnished and at disposal of our guests. Guest access Our guests can use the kitchen and the whole garden area including the barbecue.
