A yurt is a traditional circular dwelling of Mongolian origin, now reinterpreted in a glamping style to offer comfort and a connection with nature. Our yurt, measuring approximately 30 square meters, is family-run and offers a simple, authentic, and very cozy environment. It accommodates up to 4 people, with a double bed, two children’s beds, and a crib on request. It has a private bathroom with shower, complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, disposable slippers, and a bathrobe upon request. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome kit with Sicilian sweets, sparkling wine, and two glasses. The yurt is also equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a kettle with tea, coffee, and fresh water. To promote relaxation, there is no Wi-Fi, but cell phone coverage is excellent. Outside, guests can enjoy a relaxation area with a gazebo, where a complimentary sweet and savory breakfast is served each morning and where they can spend pleasant evenings under the stars. Deck chairs and an outdoor shower are also available. Just 100 steps from the yurt, through a pine forest and natural dunes, you will reach a pristine beach, with views of Punta Bianca on the left and the majestic Scala dei Turchi on the right. Continuing along the coast, you will also find several equipped beach clubs. The San Leone waterfront, with restaurants, pizzerias, and clubs, is about a 5-minute drive away or can be reached on foot. The yurt is also an excellent starting point for visiting the area’s wonders: the Valley of the Temples, Scala dei Turchi, Punta Bianca, and the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve.
