Recently renovated, preserving the original structure and frescoes, this exclusive apartment has 3 bedrooms (two double and one single), 3 bathrooms, living room with two sofas / single beds that become a double bed if necessary, kitchen and a splendid terrace overlooking the Sorrento peninsula as far as Capri. The entire property It is also surrounded by large gardens furnished with common relaxation areas and a platform for yoga and fitness. The entire structure promotes eco-friendly behaviors: here you can find ecological courtesy sets, organic food products and guidelines for an eco-friendly stay. This is the perfect place for those who love culture, nature and meditation! Guest access The apartment is located close to bars, restaurants, shops and anything else you might need for your stay. Right below the house there is a bus stop for Positano, Sorrento and Amalfi. Guests with cars can park on the main road which is a 5-minute walk from the house or in private car parks. Street parking is free on white lines, paid on blue lines. Other things to note - Please remember Praiano is a place surrounded by nature, so you may encounter small wild animals that are NOT DANGEROUS in our gardens, as non-poisonous grass snake or small field mice. • Tourist tax not included in the price, is 4,00€ per person per night (to pay in cash). No city tax for children under 10 years old; • A valid ID is required before your arrival; • Animals are not allowed; • Private parking to pay - on request; • Cleaning service provided before check-in and after check out (daily cleaning on request with extra cost); • One free towel change for stays longer than 6 nights (extra linen and towel change on request with extra cost); • Security deposit be delivered in cash upon arrival for bookings with children from 2 to 12 years old: € 100,00 for one child, € 150,00 for more than one child.
